Questions, answered
Does one subscription cover all my communities?
Yes. UNEE Pro upgrades you, not a single community — every community you own gets Pro features. Admin seats are per community, so you get three in each of them. Broadcast blasts are the one shared allowance: five a month across your whole account.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing, for five days. Your subscription enters a grace period where every Pro feature keeps working, and we'll email you so you can update your card. Only after that does Pro pause.
What happens to my co-hosts if I cancel?
Free communities allow one admin, so extra admins are stepped down when Pro ends — but we record exactly who they were. Resubscribe and they're reinstated automatically, with no need to re-invite anyone.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep every Pro feature until the end of the month you've already paid for. You can undo a cancellation any time before then.
Do I still pay ticket fees on events?
Yes, but less. Paid events normally carry a 6% platform fee; UNEE Pro brings that down to 3%, and includes a monthly credit toward boosting your events in discovery.
Is the 2-month trial really free?
Yes. You get every Pro feature for 2 months and pay nothing for them. We do ask for a card, and we charge ₦100 to check it works — that ₦100 is refunded straight away. We ask for a card because the trial includes the Gold badge and featured placement, and an open trial would put those on every new account.
What happens when my trial ends?
We charge the card you saved for whichever plan you picked, and Pro carries on. We tell you the date and the amount when the trial starts, and again before we charge. Cancel any time before then and you are charged nothing at all.
Should I pay monthly or annually?
Annual costs ₦50,000 and covers twelve months — 2 months free against paying monthly. It also means one card charge a year instead of twelve, which matters more than the discount: a card that declines in month four cuts off features you were relying on.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes, any time, from your Pro settings. The change applies at your next charge — you keep every day you have already paid for, and nothing is prorated or refunded in either direction.
